This high-potency probiotic supplement provides five different types of “friendly” bacteria that help support healthy gastrointestinal function. This formula provides:

• A Potent Total Probiotic Count:  The potency of a probiotic formula is measured by the total CFU (colony-forming unit) count. This is determined by direct count of live bacterial cells capable of growth. This high-potency product provides a total probiotic count of 25+ billion CFUs per capsule. Lower potency products typically contain 1 to 3 billion CFUs. The high-potency count supplied by this product makes it an excellent choice for replenishing good bacteria quickly.
• Five Probiotic Strains: Three colonizing probiotic strains (L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, and B. bifidum) and two transient probiotic strains (S. thermophilus and L. bulgaricus) work together to efficiently increase the total amount of beneficial microorganisms in the gastrointestinal system. These strains also have a high tolerance to stomach acid which is important for ensuring that a significant amount of live microorganisms are delivered to the intestinal environment where they are needed.

This product is intended for individuals who need a high degree of support to build a healthy balance of friendly intestinal flora. These vegetarian capsules contain live microorganisms that are sensitive to warm temperature and moisture. Therefore, this product should be kept refrigerated with the lid tightly closed to maintain maximum potency.
